NATIONAL AFFAIRS:
  • MoU signed between India and Bhutan to ensure bilateral co-operation in areas climate change and waste management.
  • Election commission of India issued an Atlas on General election 2019 India.
  • US and India sign an agreement under US-India Strategic Energy Partnership to initiate a Hydrogen Task Force to develop hydrogen energy technologies.
  • Inland Vessels Bill 2021 receive approval from Union Cabinet which aims to introduce an integrated law for entire India in terms of safety, security and registrations.
  • Bilateral Naval exercise between India and Japan conducted in Indian Ocean under the objective ‘Free and Open Indo-Pacific’
  • Bihar Government launches two schemes – ‘CM Mahila Udyami Yojana’ and ‘CM Yuva Udyami Yojana’ to promote entrepreneurship.
 INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS:
  • Ebrahim Raisi becomes newly elected President of Iran. He succeeded former president Sahebeh Rouhani.
  • According to UNHCR (United Nations High Commissions for Refugees), forced migration of people due to violence, war, oppression increased to 82.4 million in 2020.
  • India’s Union Minister for Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare – Narendra Singh Tomar addressed the 42nd session of Food and Agriculture Organization’s Conference.
  • Sunita Mitra, an Indian-American origin chemist, becomes winner of European inventor Award 2021 under Non-EPO countries category for being 1st one to use nanotechnology in dental fillings.
  • Antonio Guterres re-elected for second time as UN-Secretary to serve for 5-year term beginning from Jan 1,2022.
  • F1 Champion Michael Schumacher is recovered from coma after 6 years. He has record of winning 91 times.
  • Indonesian badminton player and an Olympic gold medal winner, Markis Kido dies at the age of 37.
RAJASTHAN STATE AFFAIRS:
  • Institute of Tropical Medicine and Virology to be established in Jaipur. This will become India’s second center after Pune.
  • Specially abled people and Schedule tribes of Baran and Udaipur districts to get employment for 200 days under MGNREGA scheme in Rajasthan.
  • Dr Kriti Bharti is honored with the title of ‘Real Life Lioness of India’ by Amazon Prime.
  • Kritika Kulhari of Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan has been appointed as Flying officer in Indian Air Force.
  • RIICO has announced to build Agriculture and Food Processing Plant in Jodhpur.
  • State government launched ‘Mera Gaon, Meri Zimmedari’ Campaign to break the chain of Covid-19.
